[4.1 Alpha 1] Admin CP: Version check notice incorrectly states new version is available

The version check notice that appears above several of VaultWiki's admin cp pages reports that a new version is available, however this is not correct.

A newer version of VaultWiki is available! Upgrade now to benefit from new features, bug fixes, and other changes.

New Version: 4.1.0 Alpha 1 Build 005 [#]

Clicking the changelog icon (which I've substituted with [#] above) opens an overlay that says "Your installation is already up-to-date."

The dedicated "Version check" page does not exhibit this issue.

Please try the following. In src/addons/vw/vw/_core/view/cp/vw.php, find:

Code:

if (isset($version['v']))// AND $version['f'])

Replace with:

Code:

if (isset($version['v']) AND $version['f'])

It looks like some code was commented out for testing purposes that could affect this issue. IIRC, $version['f'] is an array index that contains a boolean flag-newer-version.

Thanks, the admin cp VW version notice is no longer shown with this change.
