System Error saving area adeition

Added and additional subarea to our Watch Blogs and generated the error dump shown in the post

The area I tried to create from the Admin page did not get created.

When I filed this report I got this fata error from your site.

PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at ..../issue.php:1) in ..../includes/functions.php on line 3976

From what I can tell the code change is included in the current build of 4.0.24.
