Issue: Moderated comment does nto appear in moderation queue

What indication do you see that this comment is awaiting moderation? It looks like a normal comment to me.

The indication was that on the comment itself there was a red notice that the comment was awaiting moderation. When I saw it, I approved it.

Unfortunately once the comment is approved, any data associated with it needing to be approved is cleared, so there is no way for me to investigate what caused this issue. Marking this as Cannot Reproduce.

This might have been a side effect from any number of bugs from previous versions that have since been fixed (since the comment was posted back in 2016), or

This might have been working as designed as far as VaultWiki is concerned. Some considerations:
- XenForo can only display the 30 most recent items that are waiting for moderation, and there is no page-navigation. Since this comment was from 2016, it might not have been in the first 30 results.
- Another add-on that needs to modify the ModerationQueue view may have created a conflict due to problematic code. In the past, there was a conflict with an add-on called Moderation Essentials due to a bug in their code, but they supposedly fixed it on their end since then. Usually this presents as not having any wiki items in the queue at all.

Our moderation queue is always empty. We clear the issues mostly the same day. Even if there are more than 30 moderated items then it will become visible shortly.
I suspect that this may not be the only moderated comment. How do I find comments that are in moderated state? I don't see any moderated flag in the vw_comment table

vw_comment.visible = 0

It was an exotic case. There is no other comment with visible = 0.
