Wiki criteria are not available for user email & user search

I would like to email members who have edited a wiki, but the criteria are not available for email.
I would like to manually promote members based upon their wiki contributions but again the criteria for user search are not there.
As the criteria already exist for trophies, this should be really easy to add.

Please add this.

Implemented in XenForo in the next release. It is not technically possible to add this to "Search for Users"/ "Send Email to Users" in vBulletin 4 due to a lack of $hook_query_joins.
