Issue: Missing data for Pages showing this file in their content

I am locked out of your site for now (TFA issues), but if this is only happening for a specific page listing, then it should happen for that page in any content-list it appears in. I should note that I am not having the following issue on my sites "for all attachments, whatever the first entry on 'Pages Showing this File' is, that first entry shows 0 edits/views."

Since this is likely happening to a specific page, my guess is that you have multiple routes to the same page-title, with one route counting views/edits and the other route not counting them. Assuming you successfully upgraded every version without skipping a step, you would find the page in the URL Conflicts admin page.

Many sites had multiple routes to the same page-ID, which was a different bug that could cause similar issues (and was caused by a missed upgrade step at least 10 versions prior), but those duplicate routes would have been removed by the 4.0.23 upgrade, and it should not be possible to create new duplicates on the page-ID. Still, you can confirm that this variant is not affecting you by testing the page's pathname in this query.
Assuming the affected page does not have a prefix. If the page has a prefix, please use the appropriate ID in the lookup.
This query should return exactly one result for each "itemtypeid + itemid" pair. If a specific pair has multiple rows, then an upgrade step did not complete successfully.

When I visit the list in question, the first entry shows the correct number of views and edits for me. I do not see any indication of duplicate routes anywhere.
