Wiki Watch Titles should be removed

Please see bug report 320930 on my site.
On this page: /wiki-watch/
On narrow view the columns for statistics and last update are dropped, but the header titles are still visible. These should be removed on narrow view because they have no purpose. This would also avoid the collusion of these titles on narrow view in custom styles.

Tweaked in the next release. The Statistics heading is now removed on small widths. The last update column returns and has improved consistency with Watched Threads on small widths -- the muted date is shown. The alignment of the Statistics heading on larger widths is also fixed.
