Question: How to remove the "install directory" hint an gain access?

I removed theh install directory in order to work with vaultwiki in Admincp. I still get this:

"Before you can continue using VaultWiki, you MUST remove the installation directory located at vault/core/controller/install. Doing so will prevent conflicts when upgrading to a newer version. "

and can't do anything.
What I am supposed to do?

PS: IT works, when Xenforo is in debug mode.

You are using an outdated language pack. Please notify the language pack author. The install directory is not located there. The correct location is /vault/install/lib. You must remove /vault/install/lib

This is Not a Bug, as it is caused by a third-party language pack.
