This is the same as: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/5192/
It is not a bug in VaultWiki; there is either an issue in the MySQL configuration or driver or there is an external factor. IIRC, the error in your last report occurred around the same time (11:16 PM). This points to an external factor such as a database backup that occurs at that time.
