Issue: Cannot buy branding-free license

This issue should be fixed now.

It was previously not possible to apply branding removal to a lifetime license after it was initially purchased. When validating the license add-on (branding removal), the lifetime license was incorrectly assumed to be expired, due to lack of expiration dates for lifetime licenses; expired licenses must be renewed in the same cart in order to purchase some license add-ons.

Additionally, the issue was compounded on 5/7/2017, which further affected Lifetime licenses: license extensions effective 5/7 due to unavailable support time from 4/19 - 5/2 were incorrectly applied to Lifetime licenses; this caused some undesired effects to those licenses.

It is now possible to purchase branding removal for a lifetime license after the lifetime license was already purchased. The additional effects of the 5/7 extensions on lifetime licenses have also been resolved.
