file dialog "new attachment" button jumps around when clicked

Please see bug report 301216 on my live site.
Open the wiki editor and click on the "Insert FILE tags" button. In the subsequent dialog, there is a "New Attachment" button. If you click on this, the button will jump to the other side of the dialog for as long as the mouse button is held down. No attachment adding will happen.

This sounds similar to the behavior of your New Category button: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/4758/
It was a style issue last time. It appears that you have not applied the CSS fix provided in that report.

This is not a bug.
