wiki bbcode is titled 'DEMO'

By default the wiki bbcode has these values:
bbcode: wiki
Title: Demo
Description: Create a link to an article in the Demo namespace.

Wiki bbcode has always linked to the main namespace and not to any demo. I dont think I have a demo. I should not have.
This title and description will confuse members.

Fixed in the next release for new installations. Existing installations will have to update these fields manually as desired.

This was leftover from VaultWiki.org's own conversion from VaultWiki 3, before which this had been true.

In future installations the title will be "Wiki" and the description will be "Create a link to any page in the Wiki."
