I have edited your post to remove your users' secret data.

vw_subscribe.sechash should be a VARCHAR(40) COLUMN. If your column is a shorter length, you will need to update it manually and re-run this step to generate the sechashes. If you cannot rerun this step, use:

UPDATE vw_subscribe SET sechash = ''

Before you start sending emails with invalid unsubscribe hashes.
