Empty Content Field on Moderated Content

The field 'Content' is empty for new pages. Either the field should not be there or there should be a preview of the page.

This is "fixed" in the next release. The "Content" field showing was correct; however, it took up more space than necessary when empty, and other fields that are needed to make a good moderation decision (such as the image preview for attachments) were missing.

A lot of moderation phrases will appear be missing due to these changes. Please don't report the missing phrases. They will be included in the upgrade for the next version.
