The standard way a newsfeed description is setup is:
User posted a comment on content.
Only the username and the content are hotlinked. The content links to the exact comment.
Vaultwiki does this differently and links to both the comment and the wiki article. This is not useful because the activity feed is to report about the latest activity. Which is that a comment was posted. The link to the wiki article in such case only leads the user to end up in the wrong place.
Fixed in the next release. Rather than re-using the phrases from the wiki's activity block, XenForo's news feed now has dedicated phrases for wiki entries that are more consistent with the format of other content in the feed.
