Issue: Spezial:AllPages empty

There is no bug with Special:Allpages here. You have 127 corrupt pages in your wiki. See: http://regio-portal.wiki/wiki/Spezia...=-1&offset=100
Even though they are corrupt, they are still technically pages, so they are listed on a number of related Special pages.

These pages are corrupt in a different way than your last batch. For each of these pages:
- It has 0 versions. This means that basic info such as its title was never saved when it was created, AND
- As a result, it is not routable. It has no URL. So it can never be found and fixed by the existing tools of "Rebuild Page URLs" or "URL Conflicts". I think the only place you would ever see them is on Special pages. So it is actually good that they are showing, or you would never have known that this garbage data was hanging around.

For these kinds of corrupt pages, a new tool will be needed to remove them. I will work on it and let you know where it can be found in the next version.

Marked as Fixed in the next release. 4.0.16 will provide a tool for removing these kinds of corrupt entries (AdminCP > Wiki > Maintenance > Rebuild Counters / Caches > Remove Corrupt Content).

If you have new empty listings since using the tool in January, and using the tool again does not help, then the newly empty listings might be corrupted in a different way than the tool was designed to clean. The tool cleans:
- Existing routes for pages that were already deleted
- Pages that never had the first revision created, if they are more than 5 minutes old

There is a bug where it only deletes the first 200 corrupt entries before stopping. If you had more than 200 entries, run the tool multiple times.

If you have some pages that are not affected by this tool, in order to know how the new pages are corrupted, we will need a new ticket in order to look at the corrupt data.

The affected pages had all appeared on the tool URL Conflicts (a tool I mentioned on November 30), because they all had a blank URL. It was already possible to manage these kinds of corrupt pages by using that tool, so this issue is already fixed. The new tool that was created was mostly for pages that are not fixable by Rebuild URLs, and which do not get fixed by using URL Conflicts.

After detecting a corrupt page, the following steps should be taken:
1. Rebuild URLs. Possibly this will fix the page.
2. URL Conflicts. Manage URLs that have a blank name, entering the correct prefix/titles manually, or deleting them.
3. Remove Corrupt Content. This is the new tool, and is for pages that are so broken that they don't appear on URL Conflicts. It is for pages that were never routable in the first place.

Changing this issue back to Fixed.
