Alert leads to wrong page

I received an alert for a new wiki comment, which linked to:
/wiki/Member-groups?do=comments&page=2#vw_comment-3217
The accurate link was:
/wiki/Member-groups?do=comments&page=3#vw_comment-3217

Fixed in the next release. When getting the URL for the target comment, deleted and moderated comments were not counted. If the user was a moderator, it was possible to get the wrong page number if a deleted or moderated comment appeared before the target comment.
