Add Option for Maximum Depth for Page Table of Contents

Please add an option to set the maximum depth for page Table of Contents, similar to the option for Book Table of Contents. I have pages with headings 4 or 5 headings deep. I'd like to be able to set the maximum depth to only 3 headings.

How are the greater depths treated when the maximum depth is reached:
- Hidden from TOC, or
- Treat as same level as max depth

Since you mention the Book TOC, I assume you want to hide the deep headings.
