Issue: Subscription issues

Subscriptions were changed to watched content a long time ago. If there are specific phrases that still refer to a "subscription", please be specific which phrase(s) need(s) to be updated.

The only major changes I see that are necessary:
- /wiki-watch/ should not be inside the UserCP wrapper in XenForo
- The notification type is supposed to be shaded text on the right side of the title column, not its own column.

All the other differences between /watched/ and /wiki-watch/ are due to additional features that /wiki-watch/ has over /watched/ such as folders and the ability to specify the frequency of emails. Without these, there would be a regression/data-loss issue between VaultWiki 3 or VaultWiki on other platforms. Perhaps some of the frequency phrases can be updated slightly. The legend is important because wiki content doesn't use avatars for icons.

On wiki article there is a 'subscribe' button. This should be changed to 'Watch'

Phrases on the action ?do=watch are:
My Subscription
Do Not Subscribe
Select how to be notified of updates. You can choose to only display the subscription in your control panel, or have updates emailed to you.
Update Subscription

Phrase on /wiki-watch/ are:
Subscribed Items in Folder
Unsubscribe (dropdown)

Fixed in the next release.

For all forum platforms:
- Consistency in the style of watched list entries with the style of watched thread entries has been improved.

In XenForo:
- The UserCP wrapper is no longer used for the list of watched wiki content.
- Phrases of notification types have been updated. For example, notification type 'None' is no longer mentioned, and on-site alerts are now specified.
- The phrases you listed that mentioned 'subscribe'/'subscription' have been changed to 'watch'/'watched content' where appropriate.
- The phrases for email notifications have been updated similarly. The term "unsubscription information" remains, to be more recognizable to users who don't wish to receive emails anymore and to help prevent bulk mail from being marked as SPAM (legitimate emails must provide clear instructions on how to unsubscribe).

Any additional tweaks to subscriptions should be reported/handled as separate reports. The scope of this report was for the style and phrasing discrepancies discussed in the course of this report only.
