Unable to see editor in Chrome

I'm unable to see the edit box when trying to create a new thread when using Chrome. I'm on Windows 10.

This is all I see:

Firefox, which is what I'm currently using, does not have this issue.

This has happened to me before. Make sure you have not disabled Javascript in Chrome while you were testing something else.

Right Click > Inspect. In the menu bar, click &vellip; > Settings.
Under Preferences, make sure "Disable Javascript" is not selected.

I double-checked my settings, but I don't have Javascript disabled.

When inspecting the issue, I did find the following errors in my console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'label' of undefined
TypeError: Cannot read property '$' of undefined

And the textarea itself is showing as styled with hidden visibility in 0 width. If I remove those in my dev tools, then it's visible again. This is what the html looks like in Chrome for me:

Does it say what file and line number those errors occur? I don't see anything like that in my console when I visit the page in the first screenshot in Chrome.

I'm only seeing one of those errors now. Here is the full line:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'label' of undefined ckeditor-min.js?v424b3-4014:49

Does this error still occur? Another Javascript issue was fixed last week, and I am hoping it had an effect on this.

Unfortunately, the editor is still not visible in Chrome and that same error appears in the console.
