Issue: "Allow Duplicate Links" not working as expected

I'm not sure if this is actually a bug, or if the Allow Duplicate Links option doesn't do what I thought it would. But I currently have that option unchecked. I thought this would make it so that auto-links are only created once per page, instead of linking the same word every time it appears on the page.

But whether that option is checked or unchecked, all words are auto-linked on a page, regardless of whether or not they were linked earlier on that same page already.
