Received a virus error upon upgrading

Upon uploading 4.0.12 build 003 cPanel outputted an error about pdf virus

When I went to upgrade from version 4.0.6 to 4.0.12 build 003 I received this error

I updated my cPanel to latest release version to ensure it was cPanel giving false positives. Any ideas?

EDIT:
I fixed the issue by removing this file:
upload/vault/core/model/image/test.pdf

I fixed the issue by removing this file:
upload/vault/core/model/image/test.pdf

A new copy of test.pdf appears in 4.0.12 Patch Level 1. Please let me know if it still triggers your anti-virus.
