Issue: Wiki is currently off message

Somehow while you and I were working on my wiki yesterday it got turned off. But being as there was no message displaying, like vbulletin shows you when it is off, I did not know it was off until this AM when I logged in with my test account and the Wiki tab was missing. It would be helpful to have some sort of visible alert to remind us if the wiki has been turned off for some reason. I could have gone a week and not known it was off because the admins can all access it without any type of warning that it is off.
