      Can't save custom discussion topic in area manager

      When in the Area Manager and configuring "Discussion Topics Allowed in This Area", when selecting a custom discussion topic, the custom discussion topic selection does not save. Right now, I can only get the custom discussion topics to display in an area when I have "Any topic" selected.

      Fixed in the next release. In vault/core/controller/dm/area/vw.php, find:
      Code:
      			static $topics = array(
      				0 => array('topicid' => 0)
      			);

      			if ($topics === null)
      			{
      Replace with:
      Code:
      			static $topics;

      			if ($topics === null)
      			{
      				$topics[0] = array('topicid' => 0);
