translatable phrases for sidebar block titles

Hello VW devs,
To get a fully translated wiki, it should be possible to translate the title at the sidebar too "Find a Wiki Page", "Share This Page", "Recent Activity" etc.

This is implemented in the next release. Sidebar blocks created via VaultWiki's block manager (rather than a forum's widget manager etc) will generate a phrase in the format vw_block_(blockname)_title that can be translated using the forum's language system. This phrase will be used in the front-end rendering of the block; the admin panel and admin widget choosers will use the default untranslated title.
