Strangely enough these are different pages than listed here:
wiki_index.php?title=SpecialoubleRedirects
/wiki_index.php?title=Special:BrokenRedirects

It looks like the second-to-last redirect on the page is often also listed as the last redirect on the page. I was able to reproduce this on my site. I think it is just a problem in the related view class; I don't think there are really duplicates of those redirects.

Fixed in the next release.

In vault/core/view/ui/special/list/listredirects/vw.php, find:

Code:

					$fetch[$item['targettypeid']][$router->id] = $router->id;
				}
				unset($item);
			}

Replace with:

Code:

					$fetch[$item['targettypeid']][$router->id] = $router->id;
				}
			}
			unset($item);
