I checked your account, and it looks like the license is currently expired. If you try to download a version with (renew) next to it, it might say the version is invalid.

I see you attempted an order today, it is listed under your "Pending Orders." However, it also says "Order ID Unavailable". This usually means there was a problem on PayPal's end. I don't see any notifications from them. I also do not see a pending transaction on our sales account. Did you receive any kind of email confirmation from PayPal that you sent money?

If not and if you paid by credit card, the card company may have done one of those random fraud-protection annoyances, where they block a random payment and require you to call them to confirm the transaction.

You may first want to call PayPal to double-check, they will be able to tell you why the payment didn't come through. Maybe the card on your account expired or you typed one of the numbers wrong by mistake.

Okay have tried again.. So let's see.

Man... I am updating to the latest one I can, and the auto installer doesn't move.
So I click manual steps and it then gives me a bad gateway error.

All my pages in the admin CP are blank you see, and I cannot uninstall and repair as you only fixed the uninstaller in the latest release.

A bad gateway error usually indicates a problem at the server level. You may want to check your web server's error logs for a clue.

It's always on step 5.. Every single time. Getting frustrating now..

The irony is, I can't uninstall as you fixed the uninstaller on the latest patch, and obviously something is going wrong when I'm trying to redo my subscription, so I can't upgrade to uninstall atm.
