Moderator Action Notifications Not Signed By Sender

When a user has moderated content that gets approved, unapproved, or deleted, they may opt to receive a notification of this decision via PM. While they can easily see who sent the message by the sender info on the PM, the message suggests also that the user has signed the message at the end:

As you can see, the sender's name is missing here.

Fixed in the next release.
