Issue: Can't Scroll to Numbered Headlines

If a headline name starting with a number, anchor links to that headline don't automatically jump to it.

Fixed in the next release. Before HTML5, this was not allowed as a name or ID. However, even with HTML5 as the doctype, it seems most browsers still follow the previous behavior when the jump is triggered by Javascript. To workaround this, a letter is now added to the front of the headline's hash if it starts with a number.
