Issue: Upgrade Steps Repeat

For most versions, the upgrade steps repeat multiple times.

Fixed in the next release. This was a problem with the new Members area. It was not delivering some of the step files, so VaultWiki tried to make do by running some other steps in place of the missing ones. The members area is already updated to serve the missing files in the current release, but the next release also has the upgrade steps that were missing as part of the Gamma 6 steps.
