VW should not overwrite calltoaction button CSS

Currently VW does this:

Instead it should be fetching the XenForo call-to-action button CSS.

Confirmed. The .vw-text-button class is not actually supposed to be defined in XenForo. But it is added to elements to make finding elements possible for generically written Javascript code.
