Prefix Manager Add/Edit Prefix Doesn't Consistently Show "BB-Code Tag Name"

The "BB-Code Tag Name" field only inconsistently appears in a Prefix create or edit dialog.

According to no pattern I have been able to discern, the "BB-Code Tag Name" field of the Prefix edit/save dialog only appears rarely, and rather mysteriously/inconsistently.

Moreover, when it does appear, attempts to put anything in it and save it results in... well, see also: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/3656/, wherein a MySQL error is thrown on any attempt to save a Prefix

This basically results in a rather completely broken Prefix featureset, since I can't successfully nor consistently create any.

I'm not sure if the mysterious maybe-there, maybe-not behavior is related to the problematic persist in the other issue, hence this one as its own.

The BB-Code Tag Name field is hidden normally because it's not required to be filled in. There is a tooltip for the Example that you can double-click the Example to modify it. I see that the field is only hidden on the first dialog you open on the page. Any subsequent dialogs and the field is always shown, and never disappears. Further, the example does not update automatically by the field's contents, except in the first dialog.

Fixed in the next release. This required quite a refactoring of Javascript. The fix probably broke other things in the Admin Panel.

Thank you for the explanation of how it works (double-clicking the Example to bring up the "BB-Code Tag Name" field.

Well, if you say it is fixed in the next release, that's cool. However, fwiw, my experience was not quite what you said regarding first-view showing of the field. Sometimes it was there on first view, others it was not. *shrug*, ha.

What I meant was only the first dialog worked. If you open a new dialog after that first one, it would be buggy. You would have to refresh the page first, and even still, only the first dialog will work as expected.
