Manage Subscriptions Can't Delete Subscription

PHP errors thrown upon attempting to confirm removal of subscription(s) selected.

Fresh installation of v4.0.0 Gamma 4.
PHP 5.3.27
vBulletin 4.2.2

Manage Subscriptions -> Check(s) -> Selected Items -> Unsubscribe -> Go -> Unsubscribe

Fixed in the next release. I've increased this to a Security error since it breaks the ability to unsubscribe and essentially puts all wiki subscriptions on your site in violation of CAN-SPAM.
