Synonym Should Be Considered a Page Update

When we add a Synonym for a page, this should add an entry to the Last Update field for the page (New Synonym). This should work whether we use the Manage Synonyms tab or we create a synonym separately.

Fixed in the next release. Synonyms will now be included as a last update for the area they are saved in, as well as a last update for the content they point to.
