PLAIN Doesn't Work on Wiki Pages

When parsing wiki pages on XenForo, the PLAIN tag and other plain-text tags (CODE, PHP, URL, etc) don't prevent nested tags from parsing.

Fixed in the next release by preserving the PLAIN tag until the compile step.
