Create Tab is Missing From Un-Created Pages

When visiting a page that doesn't exist, VaultWiki 3 used to have a "create" tab. In VaultWiki 4, the "edit" tab shows, but it doesn't open the editor. There is no way to create the missing page from on the page itself; you would have to back out to an Area for a Create New Page link.

Hey pegasus, I keep seeing you post this same phrase in response to various issues, and I think the assumption is we should know what it means. It's posted on more than one bug I've reported, and I don't know what - if anything - I should be doing.

So... what does that mean? Is the fix available now? Or is there a fix we can apply ourselves? Or is there another release coming along which fixes these bugs, and we need to wait for it? In which case, how long for?

Some stuff can wait, sure; but critical core functionality stuff like this really needs an immediate hotfix.

We generally post hot-fixes if the change is really easy to apply. In other cases, we won't post a hot-fix if:
      • It requires changes to the database
      • It requires multiple changes to 2 or more files
      • It requires new files to be added
      • It requires refactoring a lot of code

In these cases, we will just say "Fixed in the next release" and you will have to wait until the next release is posted. (By the way, I just posted Beta 4 - https://www.vaultwiki.org/articles/134/).
