Wiki not offering the WYSIWYG editor

For some reason, our wiki is only allowing the use of the WYSIWYG editor now, even if the user's preferences say to use it.

I don't believe we have changed anything in the code recently to lead to this issue.

Just as an update here: This evening we noticed that the editor was once again not showing up. So I set apc.stat = 1 instead of 0 and immediately the editor started showing back up.

It would appear that there is something screwy going on between APC and the wiki editor files. We see a small performance boost by setting apc.stat to 0, but it looks like we'll need to keep it enabled in order to not break the wiki.

Yes you have to leave it turned on. This is the documentation for apc.stat
Be careful changing this setting. This defaults to on, forcing APC to stat (check) the script on each request to determine if it has been modified. If it has been modified it will recompile and cache the new version. If this setting is off, APC will not check, which usually means that to force APC to recheck files, the web server will have to be restarted or the cache will have to be manually cleared. Note that FastCGI web server configurations may not clear the cache on restart.
