Last Update Info Has Bad Values

When saving certain kinds of updates, the last update information is sometimes populated with corrupt values. Also, the Last Update field in content lists seems to always show Never, even though there are updates committed.

Fixed. itemtypeid and itemid fields were being set to non-existent values on both the save and the listing processes.
