Area Child List Incorrect

After upgrading to VaultWiki 4, root-level (previously namespaces) areas are not updated with any child areas. The child areas are correctly updated with their children and correctly reference the roots. The childlist is completely reconstructible using the icache, but having the preformed childlist is more efficient than always running a recursive function.

Fixed. Copy and paste error, the importer was saving the parentlist to both parentlist and childlist fields.
