Simplify comments on pages.

In its current shape, comments quickly make pages.php quite long and waste a lot of space. I believe that the hight should be reduced with 35% so that comments are more compact. For example by:
- Removing join date, location and post count.
- reduce the height of the purple bars or even remove one of them.
- if thats not enough, then reduce avatar size

Just want to mention that we recently received complaints from users that the comments didn't have join date, location, post count, and had smaller avatars. They were expecting that the comments look like posts as they did in VaultWiki 3. So, in Gamma 3, we have added an option to Settings > Aesthetics where users can reactivate this extra information if they so desire.
