CKeditor Support

vBulletin 4.1.4 is here, and with it, we need to add CKeditor support to keep VaultWiki up-to-date.

As the Table BB-Code also appears to be standard now, we need to disable ours by default if the customer was already on 4.1.4 when VaultWiki was installed. Further, our Table code should use the vBulletin Table editor buttons and WYSIWYG controls.

Did the fix work for you? Some people are saying it doesn't work, but it worked on our dev site.

EDIT: The difference was due to download options used when getting 4.1.4 from the vB Members Area. The fix can't be applied manually to anything but "Uncompressed Javascript" packages until vB incorporates it into the ZIP overall.

Back to our support. Thought it was done, went to merge the changes, and found out there was an issue with the TABLE BB-Code changing modes. Working that out, then should have a release (3.0.12).

Fixed the remaining TABLE issues, merging the changes here and updating to 4.1.4 for live testing.

Yah, it took me a minute to track this all down. vB was telling me it was a plugin problem
and I have been busy checking the plugins I wrote and forgot my biggest plugin of all! 8-(
As soon as I disabled vW, all the problems went away. Once I realized that, I remember
having read that there was going to be a potential problem... So I am also patiently awaiting
the new vW because I am not going to try to revert the upgrade.
