Last Commenter Info Doesn't Update

When posting new comments, the userid is not saved.

When a new discussion comment is made for an article, the ID of the poster is saved to the vault_article table under lastposterid. But for some reason this isn't occurring.

Fixed. The thread ID was NULL causing the query to affect 0 rows.
