Whitespace Characters in URLs
It's possible to get whitespace characters in URLs - mainly via the headline anchor names since vBulletin does a good job of stripping them from page titles. Any character with hex codes 0X-1X are left unencoded - so we have new lines, backspaces, tabs, shifts, and other weird things.
Fixed for the next build. It's possible these characters had been left out for efficiency (since vBulletin did it for titles already), but with the same function used on headlines, the support still needs to be there.
