Remove numbering for headings, or make it optional

The auto-generated Contents list is very cool. Less cool is the way it automatically numbers the headings. When some of your own headings contain numbers themselves, the results look silly -

Could you either remove the numbering, or make it possible to turn it off?

I will add another flag to the TOC BB-Code that will allow removing the numbering.

Added this today when we improved the TOC generator overall. The NONUM flag will be introduced in 2.0.0 stable.
