In general, we try not to create a new forum until there is a certain volume in posts. If you are referring to a forum for usage questions, etc, then this is a good idea. Two days ago, we started restructuring our forums a bit, so it may be another day or two before you can find a place to ask your questions.

So far I have been answering questions via PM. I would recommend using this method until a forum is created.
