Sticky Table of Content: Highlight the current Section/Headline

Please see the ToC on Wikipedia:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XenForo

Browse down and see how the ToC sticks in the sidebar and highlights the headline/section you are in.
This is really great and user-friendly.
It makes it really easy to see where in the article you are and to browse trough sections.
Please consider a similar implementation.

That's really cool, but I'm not sure how to implement it as a sidebar widget without "interfering" with other widgets you might potentially have in the sidebar. Would it be acceptable to:

- If it is the only widget in the sidebar/sidenav, use smooth scrolling stickiness.
- If there are other widgets in the sidebar, make it automatically switch places with them as needed to remain sort-of stickied.
