Issue: Wiki Page Unacessable

Your wiki is currently offline, so it may be that you have a URL rebuild in progress. Do you have any warning shown next to Settings > Options > VaultWiki: Site Config > Wiki Active?

On the same page, for "Filename of the Wiki PHP file", it doesn't have the file extension ".php" does it? If it said "wiki_index.php" it would cause this problem.

I enabled VW and verified that the setting "Filename of the Wiki PHP file" does not have the file extension and is just listed as "wiki_index" Still same issue...

Please right click the affected link and copy the link address into your response. I would like to try to determine if the link is printed on the page incorrectly, or is redirecting incorrectly.

It looks like there is a question-mark "?" missing from the URL. Since the "Filename of the Wiki PHP file" is listed correctly, and you are using Friendly Wiki URLs, this may be an issue of an error in your .htaccess RewriteRule for wiki_index/. Make sure that the RewriteRule is not placing a captured sub-path in the wiki_index.php target, but instead just passes to wiki_index.php alone, using flags for location and query-string-append. Example:

Thank you for the offer. Unfortunately my server does not have FTP access. It is solely SSH with pass phrased RSA. Each key is individually created for each developer who requires access. Is there a way I can just send you the file? Or should I just post it here?

You should not post a private key file here. If you must do it this way, you should submit the contents of the private key via the ticket form linked above, using the encrypted field.

But the most secure way would be for me to PM you my public key which you would then authorize on your server.

Either that or I can PM you the contents of the htaccess file, but if you need further access, then please PM me your RSA key and any pass phrase you might have so I can test it.

Please try PMing the .htaccess contents. If I don't see any obvious problem there, I will reply to it with my RSA key to investigate further.
