Discussions are not available (for all users, admins, wiki-mods, etc.) in all areas.

I didn't change permissions or something other...

Please check your permissions for each wiki content type:

"Can view comments on ..."

These were automatically filled if you upgraded from RC < 2 to RC 3+, but if you had upgraded to RC = 2 directly at some point, you need to set these manually.
