In the ACP:

Options > Activity Screen > Content Tracked

here you have options like: Album, Blog Entry, Forum Thread, Forum Post, etc.

However VaultWiki has an entry listed as: vw_vwrating

There are a lot of VaultWiki-related entries missing from this list. It looks like one of the upgrade scripts was not coded into the upgrade queue. We'll have to handle this in a future upgrade.

The missing phrases are fixed in the next release. Also, the next release will regenerate the wiki activity stream types and entries if it is detected that the prior upgrade script was possibly skipped.
