Missing Phrases

For some reason these phrases are missing from my install - "Could not find phrase '*'." is shown instead of the actual text.

What is the best way to get them entered?

Fixed in the next release. The phrases only had issues under vBulletin. For the permissions-related phrases, these existed but had the wrong name: they were all missing the _title at the end.

For reference, so that you can make informed choices about your permissions, the phrases are like so:
*canincategories - Can view list of categories containing this page?
*canpromotions - Can view list of feeds containing this page?
*canviewtalk - Can view comments on wiki pages?
But obviously in the context of whatever permission grouping you are currently working on.

Most of the other phrases should be self-explanatory.
