This bug has reappeared after upgrade to RC3 PL1. I assume I need to re-edit the files?

While this file change does fix the error, I am still encountering another issue which may or may not be related:
When I search for a user I get a popup that the user cannot be found. But there search result is there. The popup is produced in error.
